Well , YESTERDAY was certainly a memorable day. Anyone who wants to know more about the event that happened ytd , haha tune in to Maye's Blog.Today started off quite bad . I was practically dragging my feet to school . What a dread i thought. But it turned out to be more interesting than any other school day :) Woots.! It started off with the deployment of people to help me arrange the rooms. YOulong , Gavin and Rus helped me la . While Angila got al the girls Bo Ba , and all. QUite cool though , didn't really have to move that much. Yupp , then we slacked in the room , tried to do some work - ending up chatting ! The real debate started. One of the chief judge was so coOl looking can ? totally woop. A good guy look ! =/ I never cared that much about time today where every minute , i was practically staring at the stop watch can?! First Round was NYJC vs SRJC . From how they spoke , it was pretty obvious right from the beginning who would win e debate. SRJC did it ! (: K , nothing really capvating about the first round ! Went back to slack in the room again - this time i slept the whole 1 hour . The original motion was actually whether prostitution should be legalised - due to some violation of regulations , it was changed to should death penalty be abolished . DUH ?! We were outright disappointed *
Second round ( SAJCvsPJC)was where all the embarrassment came in .
1) Hoiyee pronounced a girl's name diannelle as dianel.
2) Just when that speaker wanted to speak, i accidentally hit the bell . And obviously , i got all the attntion i needed.
3) While the teams were chatting among themselves , waiting for the results - something most embarrasing took place. Due to the urge to want to demostrate to Susan what happened earlier on , i rang the bell . Tht was so powerful can ! They all stopped and returned to their seats. SO PS can ?! All staring at us while the judge was still calculating the scores. Susan was panicking - how how how ? LOL !
It was once again pretty obvious SAJC would win la , good Job !
Though i dont know why that girl kept looking at me , Hoiyee agreed too.
This girl called me by my name , i dont even know her or recognise her. Practically ignored her.Haha.
Went for Dinner with e 09 peeps again ! WOOTS la , we had so much fun walking there. DARN FUN.was practically laughing our heads off over some issues. ROCK MAN !
